Everything was great. Our blinds are perfect and have made a real improvement to our tiny flat during the current lockdown situation.
This is the second time I have ordered from English Blinds and I have been very satisfied with my purchases. I ordered online and received an order reference number. The customer service was excellent and I was informed when the order would be delivered. In fact, it was received a day early. I would definitely order with this company again as I was delighted with the quality and colour of my blind.
High-Quality Blinds. Delivered within about five days. The colour matches the sample well, and the website tracking function was up-to-date and useful. I would definitely order again if I'm in the market for more blinds Can't comment on fitting as the builders sorted this, but they didn't have an issue with it. Looks simple enough.

I have always cut down standard-size blinds in the past, but the blind we purchased from English Blinds was just so much easier to fit and very good quality. I was concerned about just giving window dimensions online and whether it would be the right size, but they really know what they are doing and the tolerances for fitting were perfect. Manufacture and delivery was very timely even in these strange Covid times. Thank you, very good product.
