COVID-19 Update

The world is a fast-changing place right now as we all find a new way of living and working with the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak. We would like to assure you that the team here at English Blinds are continuing to work hard to manufacture and deliver hand-crafted, high-quality blinds to our loyal customers, but as we’re sure you can appreciate we have had to take precautions which may affect our service.

Our staff are like our family and we need to keep them safe first and foremost, so we will be operating within all government guidelines and as you can imagine this will have an impact on the speed of our service in the short term.

Our customer service team are working from home, so we have temporarily closed our phone lines and will focus on responding to your queries via email.

We are still taking orders and sending out samples. Some of our suppliers as well as our postal and courier services are busy looking after their employees too and this means our lead times will vary and in some cases we may only be able to give you an estimate at this point, confirming nearer the time the exact date we will be delivering.

We currently anticipate orders will be despatched in approximately 15 - 25 working days (to be confirmed). We would advise you to place your order as normal and as soon as you can so you will be closer to the font of the queue when full production resumes. As you can imagine, it’s going to get very busy!
