I emailed the company and they responded straight away with the colour, which was very helpful, so placed my order. It arrived within the timescale. This is my first order from englishblinds. I was encouraged to place my order after receiving three excellent, sensible-sized fabric samples. All three blinds are exactly true to size, and the fabric is pleasingly aligned the same along the pattern in all three blinds. The delivery date was notified by the courier, who turned up 3 days earlier than expected, and all within a week!
