The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.
Contacted this supplier for advice before placing my order. The gentleman was very helpful with sizes suitable for the location I was planning. The blind arrived very securely packaged in its sturdy tubular container within the timescale specified. Fitting could not have been easier. Oh, the joy of not having to open the thing up on the floor and attempt to just trim to size!

Easy website to use, and the finished product is very good quality and looks great against my window. I researched a few online companies and English Blinds was the only company to send me a proper sample of the wooden blind that I was interested in, this made selection so much easier than looking at a representative photograph.
