The blind was exactly as described and arrived on the date specified. Was well packaged. I did require customer support and the guy was a very good communicator and resolved my concerns about the blind. He was supportive and very helpful. I seemed to be looking for the right roller blinds for a long time. Then, to my delight, I came across English Blinds by pure chance. Looked through their web page, I saw a few patterns I liked, so decided to give it a go and ordered those samples. They arrived very promptly within a couple of days.
This is the second time I have ordered from English Blinds and yet again fantastic service with samples arriving quickly after ordering, helping us to choose the right colour. The blind was delivered well packaged and it looks great in the bathroom. The only problem now is trying to decide what colour to have in the bedroom. Can't recommend them enough.
