Colour Policy

Although we do our utmost to ensure that the colours of blinds shown on our web site are accurate as possible, the actual colours will vary slightly.  In addition, subtle colour differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some computers due to differences in monitors / displays. Due to the fact that our products are custom made to measure, and can't be returned once manufactured, you need to be sure that you can live with any colour variations that are possible in the process of us scanning the actual samples of the fabrics and blinds. If an exact colour match is important, then please request a sample before placing your order. Once you receive your sample, bear in mind that all samples may still have minimal colour variations.

"Back lighting" is what happens when light filters in through translucent fabrics from behind.  Our colour swatches don't show you the effect of back lighting, which can often soften colours and highlight fabric textures.  If you'd like to see how back lighting affects the particular colour or texture of a material or fabric then please request a sample from us.

As wood is a natural product, all our wooden blinds have their own individual and unique characteristics, reflecting the beauty and elegance of nature. The colour and texture of the blinds on our web site are represented as accurately as the internet permits, but each computer monitor will show the viewer a slightly different shade. Also, wood variations in how the wood absorbs the stain may also change the colour slightly. Where a specific colour match is required we will be pleased to provide you with a free sample.
