Difficult to fault the service. I would recommend to others. The quality of the fittings for the blinds I ordered was top quality, better than the ones I've previously had from John Lewis.
The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.
Very fast service. Quality product
Well-made product with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. As an unforeseen result, we noticed that some of our Victorian window frames were not quite vertical whereas the blinds were. The blinds still look great, especially as all the windows on that elevation match.
