We followed the easy measuring instructions which accompanied the sample I requested and ordered online. I received acknowledgement of my order and confirmation when it was in production and then when it was dispatched, all this was within 4 days. Very pleased with the faux wood blinds. I'd taken the time to measure really accurately, and the blind was sized correctly and as such was a perfect fit. They are good quality and look much more expensive than they were.
Called the company to double-check how to measure for the blind. Ordered, there were lots of choices and exactly the slat choice we wanted (35mm). Arrived quickly, great quality, easy to install, highly recommend.
