Shade Cream Roller Blind

I was very impressed with the free samples I received, this enabled me to choose the right design blind I wanted for my kitchen. Furthermore, the whole experience with English blinds was excellent.

After a 6-month wait for a refund from another company from whom I ordered a blind, I was rather nervous about whom to order from next. I rang English Blinds and felt confident after talking with their representative, so ordered my blinds and couldn't be happier. The print (Cottage Garden) is beautiful and the blinds (roller) are well constructed. I am a very satisfied customer. The delivery time was also within what was stated when ordering. Obviously a more professional company than the previous one that I ordered from.

Fabulous service. Very easy to place an order. Just measure said window and they do all the other measurements for you. I like the fact that you can also track the process of your order and delivery was prompt and exactly in the time frame they predicted. I found the website clear and easy to use, and the prices lower than those of other potential suppliers (this was the only thing that made me worry a little, but I need not have done) the blind is really good quality and looks fab!

We ordered 5 roller blinds which arrived promptly, were well made and easy to fit. Good value for money. One blind had been made up with the pull cord on the opposite side to what we wanted but the aftersales service on the phone was very helpful and said they could change it if we wanted. However, it was a simple job to change it ourselves after he told us how to do it - Thanks for the tips which saved time and messing about with replacements. This is the second time we have used English Blinds - we always shop where we are well looked after!
