This is the first time I've bought blinds online. The whole service was very good. I requested and was sent samples free of charge. I followed measuring instructions from the website and ordered 3 of differing sizes, one being very wide. They came made up in less than a week and securely packaged. We ordered a sample of the blind we wanted which arrived within 24 hours. We then measured the blind according to the website instructions which were very easy to follow. The blind was made and delivered within 3 days. The quality is excellent and the fitting was straightforward. Would certainly recommend.
