I ordered a blind online and have to say it was a faultless process from start to finish. The quality is excellent along with the price and when I phoned to say that I would not be able to take delivery on certain dates it was no trouble for them to delay until I could be there. Samples arrived quickly. Customer service help by phone, regarding advice in measuring, was very helpful. The blind was fairly easy to install and it looks great. I would definitely recommend English Blinds.
