No improvement is required an excellent service. The blind was very good quality and fit perfectly. All communication was helpful and prompt with delivery as promised. We would definitely use this company again for any more blinds in the future. Thank you.
Service is exceptional - I entered the wrong measurements and they had the savvy to phone me to check that they were correct before making the blind. Fantastic service - blinds arrived a few days later and the quality cannot be faulted. Highly recommend.

We ordered 5 roller blinds which arrived promptly, were well made and easy to fit. Good value for money. One blind had been made up with the pull cord on the opposite side to what we wanted but the aftersales service on the phone was very helpful and said they could change it if we wanted. However, it was a simple job to change it ourselves after he told us how to do it - Thanks for the tips which saved time and messing about with replacements. This is the second time we have used English Blinds - we always shop where we are well looked after!
