I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.

Initially found English Blinds via Google. Requested a couple of samples which were received quickly, and the ordering of the actual blind was very simple. Delivery was made within a week and I have found the quality to be very good.
I can offer no suggestions for improvements. The transaction went cleanly and quickly, the goods arrived complete, intact and on time, with good pre-delivery status information from the delivery company, and not least, great quality products.
