We had previously bought a blind from this company. Great blinds. Slight problem with too few screws and raw plugs sent but one phone call and replacements were sent first class post. Easy to fit. These were blackout and thermal roller blinds.
We had some samples first, this gave us a chance to check out the colours and designs. Following this we ordered direct from the website. The guidance notes for the measurement were excellent. The blinds arrived in good time and were well packed. All in all we are very pleased.
What a fantastic company! I actually ordered curtains with blackout linings, they arrived yesterday and are fabulous. Everything was so easy to do on the website, sizes, headings and lining. Ordered Monday and delivered Friday, for which I'm grateful. Very well-packed. I also rang the office and was given helpful advice about measuring. The blind for a bathroom is a heavy quality vinyl and there is a little catch to attach to the wall that the drawcord passes through so it doesn't get tangled. Another good thing is that I was sent about 10 samples before buying to help me decide. What I wanted at first would have been totally unsuitable.
