I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! I ordered 3 blinds of different sizes over the internet, then my builder told me that the measurements for one blind had to be altered. English Blinds were very helpful and understanding, holding the order until I could confirm the correct measurements.
The blind we ordered came within a couple of days, it was exactly as we ordered, fitted perfectly, no problems at all.
