I ordered two made-to-measure blackout blinds and found the website very easy to use to do this. Delivery was fast and I'm pleased with the quality of the blinds. Will definitely use English Blinds again.
I found the measuring guidelines and ordering service very straightforward; also the swatches that were sent were helpful. The vertical blinds, in our kitchen and dining room, look very smart and the mechanism works very smoothly.

The blinds received are great, no complaints there. There was a delay in my order getting to me due to a faulty batch - English Blinds contacted me to let me know this, they were extremely helpful and the problem was rectified very quickly.
We shopped around for ages online to get the cheapest price and these were the best prices around, so pleased with them. We were very nervous about buying blinds online as you never know what you are going to get and if it will fit etc. But came very quickly in excellent condition and was the perfect fit with easy instructions to help fit them which didn't take long either. The blind looks very expensive and lovely now it's up. I'm very happy with them and will be using English blinds again. Thank you for my wooden blinds, I'm over the moon with them.

And I am tickled pink! Although I was nervous about getting the measurements wrong, the website makes it really clear what you need to do.
