Excellent service. Delivered by UPS. The blind was perfect, and spot-on fitting and impressed with the fixtures. Had these blinds before from other companies but must say this is the best and very classy looking. Will be recommending and using this company again.

Blinds arrived in about a week (2 bank holidays in the middle so may have been quicker without them). Fittings are metal instead of plastic on some blinds so should be pretty strong. Easy to fit with supplied plugs and screws.
Order arrived promptly and everything was exactly as ordered. I ordered the wrong fixings, called them and they sent the fixings the next day without charge. Superb product and customer service
