Overall a great experience, ordering was an easy process, once I had measured about 6 times to be certain lol Received email updates as appropriate throughout the process, including dispatch with tracking info. When the order arrived I thought OMG that looks huge, but it was the packaging which was very good. The blind fitted perfectly and was the colour ordered, fitting wasn't a problem, good instructions were included. Based on this experience I am looking at ordering another blind for a different room Well done, 5-stars well deserved

Placed an order just prior to Xmas, and was very pleased to receive delivery earlier this week. Excellent quality blind and easy to install. I have 2 more to buy soon.
