Easy to use website, good choice of fabrics and patterns. Well-made blind (particularly like the quality of the roller mechanism and metal chain). This is my second purchase and will be back again when I need my next blind!
The order was placed online and dealt with very efficiently. I had requested fabric swatches before this and they arrived the next day. Good customer service. Immediately after ordering I realised I had made a mistake. Rapid response and they corrected the order. Very happy with the quality of the blinds.
The product was as described and arrived in good time. I made a mistake with bracket type but emailed them and they emailed back explaining part's I needed would be put in post. No added cost for the parts and no questioning my mistake. Brilliant customer service. Would highly recommend them to others.
