BRILLIANT. Having been a professional blind salesman and fitter many years ago, I was highly delighted to find how simple and easy it was to order from English Blinds. My experience with the recent order I placed, could not have been better. There was a slight delay in delivery, but being that I ordered them just before Christmas, I had allowed for that. The quality was better than expected for the cost. When I used to sell and fit, the only issues I had with customers were when they gave me measurements, and when problems arose, it was found that they had not measured correctly. English Blinds produced exactly what I ordered and they fitted perfectly. Thank you.
Due to Covid it took some time to receive my first order however I was very happy with the quality and service. On the second order, I mistakenly ordered the incorrect wall fittings, when I contacted English Blinds they immediately dispatched the correct fittings at no cost. I'm very happy with their service and support.
I have ordered two blinds for two different rooms so far. The blinds are really nice, easy to fit, lovely quality and excellent value for money. The ordering is really easy and email communication is good if needed. I will be needing more blinds as the house continues to be redecorated. I will definitely be ordering them from this company. Very pleased with our blinds, my husband measured them wrongly so had to send two back. They were returned very quickly and no charge for cutting them down, so their customer service is excellent. I would recommend them.
