Ordered blinds for my bay window, the blinds arrived within four days but unfortunately, the centre window blind was too wide and the side ones were perfect. Rang their customer service and they apologised and said they would send me another one which I received within a couple of days. The blinds are of good quality and look amazing on our window. Then I ordered some more blinds for the rest of the windows. Would recommend.

After looking at several websites for made-to-measure wooden blinds and reading their reviews I was starting to wonder if I should risk ordering online. I then came across English Blinds and so glad I did. Easy to order, efficient delivery, great customer service and wonderful blinds that have really changed the look of the room. The website was clear and ordering was very easy. Small problem with delivery, but after contacting them the problem was solved within minutes. Customer service was excellent (thanks Gemma). The item was of good quality, easy to fit (all fittings supplied), and the fit was excellent. Would definitely recommend this company! Well done.
