I would definitely recommend English blinds. I phoned them to ask about sizes they were very helpful and very easy to talk to. The blind I got is of great quality with all the instructions fixtures and fittings. I have to say when we talked on the phone their manner was excellent.
I ordered from English Blinds as they offer a made to measure service and I had been having problems finding one the right size. I was certainly not disappointed!! I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.
