I was able to order lots of samples to make sure I chose the best colour for my blinds. The samples were free and arrived very quickly delivered. The online instructions for measuring the windows were very clear and gave me confidence that the blind would fit correctly when it arrived. This is my first order from englishblinds. I was encouraged to place my order after receiving three excellent, sensible-sized fabric samples. All three blinds are exactly true to size, and the fabric is pleasingly aligned the same along the pattern in all three blinds. The delivery date was notified by the courier, who turned up 3 days earlier than expected, and all within a week!
