I did require customer support and the guy was a very good communicator and resolved my concerns about the blind. He was supportive and very helpful. I was absolutely satisfied with the whole order. The delivery, the website, and the blind itself is of a very high standard compared to the ones you get in B&Q or Dunelm for example.
Ordered blinds for my bay window, the blinds arrived within four days but unfortunately, the centre window blind was too wide and the side ones were perfect. Rang their customer service and they apologised and said they would send me another one which I received within a couple of days. The blinds are of good quality and look amazing on our window. Then I ordered some more blinds for the rest of the windows. Would recommend.
