We ordered 5 roller blinds which arrived promptly, were well made and easy to fit. Good value for money. One blind had been made up with the pull cord on the opposite side to what we wanted but the aftersales service on the phone was very helpful and said they could change it if we wanted. However, it was a simple job to change it ourselves after he told us how to do it - Thanks for the tips which saved time and messing about with replacements. This is the second time we have used English Blinds - we always shop where we are well looked after!
The order was exactly as expected. It was delivered within 4 days of ordering, as expected. I was informed of when it was being dispatched and the courier also confirmed the delivery date. Samples are a good size and very representative of the final product. Definitely recommend using this service to anyone

Excellent service and prompt delivery. There was a slight problem with the size of my blind but English Blinds phoned immediately and explained the issue and the solution - the finished blind was then delivered the following day - would certainly use again.
