1) A well-designed website. 2) ordered samples at 4 pm and they arrived at 9 am the next day. 3) Easy to order, the 4 blinds came within the time stated. 5) very well made and of excellent quality. Absolutely brilliant, very pleased with these blinds
I was really impressed with the customer service! I made an error when ordering the wrong colour blinds, but was reassured that all would be corrected, and when they arrived they were perfect! I would definitely recommend them. Good quality craftsmanship which is hard to find these days.
