Fit well to my measurements. The time to get sent out to me was reasonably accurate to the delivery window. The quality of blinds and gearing is very good and feels robust. Fitting instructions are very well written and laid out, but it is quite obvious without them.
The website was clear and ordering was very easy. Small problem with delivery, but after contacting them the problem was solved within minutes. Customer service was excellent (thanks Gemma). The blinds received are great, no complaints there. There was a delay in my order getting to me due to a faulty batch - English Blinds contacted me to let me know this, they were extremely helpful and the problem was rectified very quickly.
