I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! These blinds are great. I've bought the faux wood-grained white ones for 3 different rooms now and they look really smart. They are very well made and easy to fix. They take a few days to come as they are made to order, but that's fine and the dimensions are very accurately adhered to. I would highly recommend this genuine quality business.
