This is why instead of turning to Hillary's Blinds, as I usually do, I turned to English Blinds who had in stock exactly what I needed and whose website made it very easy to enter measurements and complete the order. I was very impressed with the additional help I received along the way. When I phoned English Blinds with a question about the actual appearance of the kind and colour of water-resistant blind I had in mind. It was suggested by a very charming lady that I should order samples before making my final choice. This was very easy to do online, and an excellent idea. Once ordered, the blind arrived promptly and well packaged. The instructions for installing it were very clear and I am delighted with the result.

Excellent service, as always. Ordering couldn't be simpler. A complete guide to measuring and a great choice of fabrics and styles. I had a slight difficulty with the availability of my choice of fabric but was resolved very quickly by telephone and my order was underway. Arrived by courier and I am delighted with my blinds. Found the whole process quite easy. The material samples requested arrived quickly. When I phoned with a query as to whether a one-piece blind with different-length slats could be done. English blinds were very helpful and gave me some positive help and advice. The finished items are now installed in the conservatory and they look good. My wife is also very happy with them, which is the main thing.
