Good customer service. Immediately after ordering I realised I had made a mistake. Rapid response and they corrected the order. Very happy with the quality of the blinds.
Ordered 3 blinds very pleased. Easy to fit and great to have the correct sizes to fit the windows. I have worked for Dunelm as a store manager and always got blinds etc. from there and had to cut them to size myself. These are far better quality made to fit and no more expensive. Only took 1 week from ordering to delivery even in these difficult times. I will order more now to complete all my windows. A very satisfied customer and one who will never purchase off the shelf again.
A very efficient and easy-to-use service. Samples were provided quickly and the measuring instructions were easy to follow. Our blinds arrived exactly to our specifications and fit perfectly. They are good quality and we were very pleased with the colour. We also liked the huge choice of colours and finishes on offer. Would definitely recommend English Blinds and will, no doubt, use them again in the future.
I purchased a made-to-measure blind from englishblinds. Firstly the blind arrived a lot earlier than I expected it to, which was nice. I put the blind up and was very pleased to see what I had ordered. It was a first-class quality and the instructions to put it up were very easy to follow.
