Excellent service. Ordered online on Sunday night and received my blind on Wednesday morning - I'm delighted with it
I ordered a blind online and have to say it was a faultless process from start to finish. The quality is excellent along with the price and when I phoned to say that I would not be able to take delivery on certain dates it was no trouble for them to delay until I could be there. A pleasure to deal with such a good company and would highly recommend.
I have placed two orders for blinds in recent months. I cannot fault this company. From the easy-to-use website, the ability to track your order which arrived in a timely manner. The blinds arrived well-packaged and are of excellent quality, complete with easy-to-follow instructions to install same. Highly recommend this company.
I'm very happy with my choice of window blinds and will reorder again soon. Thank you
Blind came well wrapped in large cardboard tube, well made with good strong brackets. Fitted window recess precisely, using the measurement guide provided on the website. Excellent item, thank you.
Very helpful company, with excellent customer service. Would highly recommend them and use them again. I would have put six stars if they had six!
Very happy with the product. Exactly as ordered and easy to install.
Difficult to fault the service. I would recommend to others. The quality of the fittings for the blinds I ordered was top quality, better than the ones I've previously had from John Lewis.
