Found the whole process quite easy. The material samples requested arrived quickly. When I phoned with a query as to whether a one-piece blind with different-length slats could be done. English blinds were very helpful and gave me some positive help and advice. The finished items are now installed in the conservatory and they look good. What can I say about English Blinds? I ordered and then changed the measurements with no fuss from this company. I waited approximately 4 days for the roller blind to arrive. I have to say it was worth the wait, they use quality materials, very well made, e.g. the bottom of the blind had a sewn hem. Unlike a previous company, I used and had to return the blind through shoddy work. I would recommend English Blinds to anybody, you will get a good product, well made, at a good price, spoil yourself. Well done English Blinds.
