I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! I was really impressed with the customer service! I made an error when ordering the wrong colour blinds, but was reassured that all would be corrected, and when they arrived they were perfect! I would definitely recommend them. Good quality craftsmanship which is hard to find these days.
