Well-designed blinds with very clear instructions. I liked the fact that the chrome string was in one piece and not split like it sometimes is. Delivery and communication were spot on.

Blinds arrived as scheduled and fitted correctly.

As the blinds have only been up a few days, I can only comment on how easy they were to fit and that they are an asset to all the rooms they are in. After a 6-month wait for a refund from another company from whom I ordered a blind, I was rather nervous about whom to order from next. I rang English Blinds and felt confident after talking with their representative, so ordered my blinds and couldn't be happier. The print (Cottage Garden) is beautiful and the blinds (roller) are well constructed. I am a very satisfied customer. The delivery time was also within what was stated when ordering. Obviously a more professional company than the previous one that I ordered from.
