I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! Venetian blind was ready earlier than expected. The item was well made, much better quality than anticipated for the price. Easy to fit and turned out to be a perfect colour match for the new kitchen. Absolutely beautiful.
