The product was as described and arrived in good time. I made a mistake with bracket type but emailed them and they emailed back explaining part's I needed would be put in post. No added cost for the parts and no questioning my mistake. Brilliant customer service. Would highly recommend them to others.

I ordered a blind for one window with the plan to get another one for a larger window but wanted to order this one first to be sure it was the one I wanted and my measurements were correct.
