Absolutely fabulous blind and excellent customer service throughout. The pattern, colour and quality of the whole blind exceeded my expectations and looks so lovely in our bedroom. It is a wide blind, 235cm, so English Blinds suggested having the fabric turned 90 degrees to fit our window. This has worked really well. I will be ordering again for another window as I am so impressed all around.

I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! I had a smooth transaction. E-mail communication was good and the item arrived within the timescales promised. Measurements were accurate to the millimetre leading to an easy installation. I have no complaints. Don't think it could have gone any smoother.
