I was very impressed with the additional help I received along the way. When I phoned English Blinds with a question about the actual appearance of the kind and colour of water-resistant blind I had in mind. It was suggested by a very charming lady that I should order samples before making my final choice. This was very easy to do online, and an excellent idea.
