I have no negative comments at all. I emailed you to let you know I am in the US, and you noted that my order was not quite right, and in conjunction with me, corrected it. This is the second time I have ordered something, and it has been a great experience. I have recommended this company to my British friends in America! I have found nothing like this in America, I love your blinds.
Communication about the delay would have been appreciated but the blinds fit perfectly they are well made, and we didn't have to do anything other than clip the slats on. Extremely pleased and will be purchasing from them again.
