I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! Extremely pleased with the blinds I purchased with this company. It's the second time purchasing with them due to décor changes. The first lot is still as good as the time installed and the second lot looks just as good.
