Easy to use website and very straightforward ordering system. The blinds arrived by carrier within a week, excellently packaged and protected. The blinds themselves are a perfect fit and look fantastic. When I'd decided which pattern I liked best, I then thought, ah, now I've got to get the exact measurement of each window. Not being too sure about this, I thought I'd ring English Blinds, and ask their advice on how to measure properly. They couldn't have been more helpful. They talked me through the whole process, I followed their advice exactly. Within a few days, they were delivered to me.
