The blinds took just over five days to arrive, but they arrived in perfect working order, with minimal waste packaging, and we had them up and installed within 30 minutes.

Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. The transaction went cleanly and quickly, the goods arrived complete, intact and on time, with good pre-delivery status information from the delivery company, and not least, great quality products. Having found English Blinds online I chose a suitable design and entered the sizes required. The website is very easy to use and order. A confirmation email was sent of the order as was another email letting me know it's in production. Only a few days later I received a further email advising it has been being sent out. Delivery was perfect as was the packaging for it. I fitted the blind up with no problems at all as everything is in with the blind. Overall a great company and set up and easy to order online, I'd happily recommend them to others.
