Excellent service, as always. Ordering couldn't be simpler. A complete guide to measuring and a great choice of fabrics and styles. I had a slight difficulty with the availability of my choice of fabric but was resolved very quickly by telephone and my order was underway. Arrived by courier and I am delighted with my blinds. Will always use English Blinds because I trust them and they never let me down.
We shopped around for ages online to get the cheapest price and these were the best prices around, so pleased with them. We were very nervous about buying blinds online as you never know what you are going to get and if it will fit etc. But came very quickly in excellent condition and was the perfect fit with easy instructions to help fit them which didn't take long either. Ordered 3 blinds very pleased. Easy to fit and great to have the correct sizes to fit the windows. I have worked for Dunelm as a store manager and always got blinds etc. from there and had to cut them to size myself. These are far better quality made to fit and no more expensive. Only took 1 week from ordering to delivery even in these difficult times. I will order more now to complete all my windows. A very satisfied customer and one who will never purchase off the shelf again.
