Overall a great experience, ordering was an easy process, once I had measured about 6 times to be certain lol Received email updates as appropriate throughout the process, including dispatch with tracking info. When the order arrived I thought OMG that looks huge, but it was the packaging which was very good. The blind fitted perfectly and was the colour ordered, fitting wasn't a problem, good instructions were included. I have bought blinds for the whole house over the last few months and I must say I am totally pleased with the blinds I have received, and the material is excellent. As I have a cat and the hair sticks to normal blinds I have ordered the waterproof design, and they are brilliant. The system is easy to order and they arrive quite quickly and are easy to fit. Have recommended them to my friends and family. I'm well pleased.
