We followed the easy measuring instructions which accompanied the sample I requested and ordered online. I received acknowledgement of my order and confirmation when it was in production and then when it was dispatched, all this was within 4 days. We were looking for a blind to suit our newly refurbished and decorated kitchen and found just the one we wanted online with English Blinds. The ordering process was easy, with handy guides on how to measure the window recess and I liked that you could use inches, centimetres, or millimetres. Delivery was prompt, I think it took 3 days from order to delivery and we were kept informed every step of the process. All in all, it was a great service and the blind is well made and of excellent quality. I would certainly recommend this company to my family and friends
