The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.

These are great blinds - I bought one for my new bathroom and liked it so much I got another for my home office. I got the white faux wood grain effect, which is really nice. They are really well made, absolutely precise to the measurements you give them and very easy to fit. I highly recommend them - you won't regret buying from these guys.
