Ordered blinds for my bay window, the blinds arrived within four days but unfortunately, the centre window blind was too wide and the side ones were perfect. Rang their customer service and they apologised and said they would send me another one which I received within a couple of days. The blinds are of good quality and look amazing on our window. Then I ordered some more blinds for the rest of the windows. Would recommend.
Bought one pair of made-to-measure black wooden blinds. The delivery was swift and the communication was second to none. The blinds arrived in perfect condition, fit exactly to the window and came with easy-to-understand instructions on how to erect them. Thank you they look amazing and we will be returning for two more sets in the very near future.

I have been looking for two white blinds for some time and requested a sample of 'Sara'. This was exactly what I wanted and ordered both, perfect!
Ordered a waterproof blind to cover the window area in the shower. It was easy to order (guidelines on the website for made-to-measure blinds were good) and it looks great in the bathroom.
This was our second purchase of two further blinds, again they were a perfect fit, and excellent quality, as was the range of designs to choose from, they are worth every penny. Would not hesitate to purchase again.
