Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. Excellent quality and delivered on time. These blinds are exactly what we wanted. The only thing I would say is that these need medium DIY skills to install, especially if they are large. So keep that in mind when ordering. Overall highly satisfied, and would use them again if we are in the market for blinds
