Extremely good service from start to finish! I ordered a sample first which arrived (respectable size) within a day. The website and the 'How to measure options' were explained clearly, so easy to do. The website is very user friendly so easy to submit your measurements. The blind arrived within the time frame specified and was packaged neatly using a limited amount of cardboard.

Appreciated the generously sized sample that was sent through, the phone response regarding the discount code and also the email response regarding measurements. The blinds arrived within two weeks of ordering as promised with a high-quality finish and were straightforward to fix. I'm very pleased indeed with my custom-made blinds!
