Excellent service from placing the order and then being notified when the blinds were in production to when they were being dispatched. They arrived within the quoted time frame as well. We got 4 of the diamond grain white blinds which are fitted in our bay and complete with the pelmets are absolutely first class. With our kitchen blinds I had made a typo on one of the window blinds resulting in the blind being too wide. I spoke to EB and they immediately offered to reduce the width free of charge. An excellent service.
