First time buying from English Blinds. I ordered the white blind, wow! I was really impressed with the service and product. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend, brilliant from start to finish and very informative at each stage.

5 stars. The ordering was easy, the blind (roller blackout) looks to be well made and the material is thick. I had ordered a free sample. On the day of delivery, I received 2 texts and it arrived promptly. So I shall order another from them again.

They were very happy to assist during the lockdown, communication was excellent and sent me different brackets after I realised the wrong ones were ordered by me - also free of charge. Great quality and great customer service. I called and was put straight through, with no waiting times. The blind was easy to put up, with clear instructions. I was slightly apprehensive about ordering online and trusting my own measurements, however, the online instruction was very clear on how to do so. Would highly recommend them.
