The product is good quality, and the quality of the fittings is first class.
It was delivered well before the final estimated date, thoroughly protected in bubble wrap and with all necessary fittings and it fits perfectly (to the millimetre). It looks superb and we will certainly not hesitate to return to English blinds as and when the need arises.
I have nothing but praise for English Blinds, I made a very stupid mistake when I measured for my waterproof bathroom blind and was very embarrassed about it. Absolutely amazing service from English Blinds. We received our six blinds on the date promised and were over the moon with the quality of them as the prices were so reasonable. However, we had a slight crack in one of the blinds, but after emailing and letting customer services know, they sent out a replacement within two days with no bother at all. Brilliant product and service, we will be using them again.
