Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. We ordered 4 faux wood blinds for our new home and even though the order took a few extra days to arrive due to the company having issues because of COVID-19 they were well worth waiting for. The instructions for installing were clear, the blinds are very well made and the fixtures and good quality too. We contacted customer services about the delay in the order and they were very helpful. We were very pleased and are now planning to order more blinds for the back of the house.

The three samples I ordered were all a good size, so this helped considerably with selecting the right one for my kitchen. Ordering online was very straightforward, though I did have a query regarding the width (2m+), so spoke to customer Support, who were very polite and helpful and the blind look wonderful.
