The customer service was excellent and I was informed when the order would be delivered. In fact, it was received a day early. I was impressed with this company from the arrival of the samples; they were the only ones which sent samples showing all the colours in the design instead of a tiny scrap, useless for colour matching. Two of my blinds sit alongside each other and they met my request to align the horizontal stripes perfectly, which makes me very happy! Excellent quality, service and prices.
