These guys have been great! I have zero complaints. We have ordered 4 wooden slat blinds in all different sizes and colours and they've all arrived and been perfect. No issues in putting up either. The samples we requested were delivered very quickly. When we visited the office, the lady was very helpful in getting more samples. The order process was efficient and the help we received from Gemma was excellent. The blinds were available to collect quickly and we are very happy with the products. They were relatively easy to fit which was good. Overall, very happy.
I purchased two blinds and I am very pleased with both. The website is easy to use and the measurements were spot on. The mechanism and fabric are of very good quality. Delivery was before the estimated date and communication was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to choose English Blinds again.
