Absolutely brilliant customer service. The price was best - especially with their summer discount code. The blinds (approx. £300 worth in total) I received were absolutely top quality. I had a problem with my order and the after-sales/customer service was nothing short of superb from start to finish. I'd like to mention in particular, Gemma at English Blinds, she was brilliant. The product was as described and arrived in good time. I made a mistake with bracket type but emailed them and they emailed back explaining part's I needed would be put in post.
