I needed a wider roller blind for the kitchen window but could not find one the right width, but they made sure that the width was the correct size for my window. With our kitchen blinds I had made a typo on one of the window blinds resulting in the blind being too wide. I spoke to EB and they immediately offered to reduce the width free of charge. An excellent service.
