Measurements were spot on which is always a concern when online ordering. Essentially we got exactly what we ordered which isn't always the case when ordering online. Purchased four window blinds. The website was clearly laid out with plenty of choice along with guidance on how to measure. I ordered a kitchen blind. Unfortunately, we did not measure properly, 1cm out. I contacted English Blinds who asked us to return them. They not only amended the blinds but sent them to me free of charge. Brilliant customer service. Very satisfied.
