The English Blind Company is a family business that was formed in 1988 as a window blinds and curtains retail and manufacturing company with the aim of servicing the blinds industry initially around Birmingham and the West Midlands and subsequently throughout the whole of the UK.
The founding members of the company are from mechanical engineering backgrounds and so, over the years, it has been a natural progression to modify industry standard components and even design entirely new blinds systems to meet specific requirements. In providing these solutions as suppliers of trade blinds and specialist blinds, English Blinds has attracted a country wide customer base of other blind companies and interior designers who from time to time encounter specifications which are ‘out of the ordinary’.
